At Luxera Atelier, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns
We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Products that have been used or washed.
• Products damaged after delivery.
• Orders where the wrong size or color was selected by the customer (unless the incorrect item was shipped).

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for production or shipping.
